Tragic accident that occurred on Thursday, September 20 around 6:15 AM in Fort Pierce, Florida. 10-year-old Yaceny Rodriguez-Gonzalez was tragically killed after being struck by a vehicle while attempting to get on her school bus. The school bus had its flashing lights on and stop sign extended when a Chevy Sedan struck the victim and fled the scene. The impact was so severe that it knocked the girls shoes and backpack off her body. A person of interest has been located in the tragic crash. We send our thoughts and prayers to the heartbroken family of this tragically young victim.
