Willie Bufford Killed In E. St Louis, IL Accident

Tragic accident that occurred on February 9 in E. St Louis, Illinois. Willie Bufford was killed after their vehicle was struck by a motorist being chased by police on Bond Avenue at South 36th Street. An officer observed a vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed when the speeding vehicle crashed into another car. Bufford was a passenger in the car that was struck. The incident remains under investigation. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
