Tragic accident that occurred on June 13th in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. William Zeigler II was arrested in connection with a hit-and-run crash that left a pedestrian seriously injured in the southbound lanes of Highway 17 Bypass near 82nd Avenue Parkway. According to Myrtle Beach police officers, Zeigler was a passenger in the vehicle that struck the victim. William Zeigler was charged with accessory to a felony.
