Tyler Mitchell-Finley Injured In North Charleston, SC AccidentHit and run on Forest Hills DrivePosted: 10 months agoShare Share on Facebook Share on Twitter Share on LinkedIn Email This StoryTragic accident that occurred on May 26 in North Charleston, South Carolina. 11-year-old Tyler Mitchell-Finley was seriously injured in a hit-and-run accident on Forest Hills Drive when he was hit by a car from behind. The force of the collision knocked Mitchell-Finley off the bike. The driver got out of the car, got out of their vehicle and asked Tyler if he was OK, before driving away, leaving the boy on the side of the road. Mitchell-Finley sustained a fracture in his ankle and his leg in two spots in the accident. His recovery is expected to take six to eight weeks. The North Charleston Police Department is searching for the hit-and-run driver.
