A tragic accident occurred on June 29 in Lemon Grove, California, when Tonia Silva was killed in a wrong-way DUI crash. Around 7:56 p.m., a pickup traveling west in the eastbound lanes of Broadway struck a Ford Explorer carrying three people. Silva died from her injuries. Two others were hospitalized. The 28-year-old suspect faces multiple charges. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
