Tragic accident that occurred on August 17 in Independence, Arkansas. Tim Lindsey was tragically killed when he was struck by an SUV while riding a moped on Highway 69. Lindsey was hit in the rear outside the lane of traffic by a Ford Expedition. The accident remains under investigation. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim
