Motorcycle collision on State Highway J

Tragic accident that occurred on July 31st in Malden, Missouri. Terry Kirkpatrick Jr. was tragically killed when his motorcycle was struck by a vehicle driven by 45-year-old Tawny Divietro near State Highway J and Palo Verde Street. Kirkpatrick was rushed to Poplar Bluff Hospital, where he later died. Divietro was charged with Driving While Intoxicated, death of another-not another passenger.  We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
