Taya Burton Injured In St. Louis, MO Accident

Pedestrian struck on I-55

Tragic accident that occurred on April 28 in St. Louis, Missouri. Taya Burton was seriously injured along Interstate 55 when a 2009 Infiniti entered the right shoulder while attempting to pass a 2015 Kia Optima and struck a 44-year-old pedestrian. After impact, the Infiniti collided with a 2005 Hyundai Elantra parked along the shoulder, hit the Kia, overturned, and slammed into a rock bluff. A passenger in the Infiniti, identified as 20-year-old Taya N. Burton was badly hurt in the wreck and taken to Mercy Hospital South for treatment. We send our thoughts and prayers to the victim.
