Susan Carter Killed In Vancouver, WA Accident

Tragic accident that occurred on October 15 in Vancouver, Washington. Susan Carter was killed by a vehicle in the 2900 block of Southeast Village Loop when a 27-year-old man driving an SUV struck her. Paramedics responded to the scene and transported Carter to an area hospital, where she was pronounced dead. Investigation into the accident is ongoing, and it remains unclear whether the motorist would face any charges. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
