Steven De Oliveira died when he was hit by a pickup truck while attending to a flat tire on the Routes 1 and 9 overpass. Steven stopped to check his vehicle for tire damage when he was struck by a Ford F-150 that also rear-ended the Nissan. De Oliveira was critically injured in the crash and sadly declared deceased at the scene.
