Shawn Chapman Involved In Lubbock, TX Pedestrian Accident

Tragic accident that occurred on February 7 in Lubbock, Texas. Shawn Chapman is facing criminal charges after a hit-and-run accident near 19th Street and Avenue S. The pedestrian was injured in the crash and taken to University Medical Center for treatment.  Chapman was found soon after the incident and charged with failure to stop and render aid and driving while license suspended. We send our thoughts and prayers to the victim.
