Sandra Brown Killed In Springfield, MO Accident

Hit and run along Fremont Ave. and Lindberg St.

Tragic accident that occurred on April 29 in Springfield, Missouri. Sandra Brown lost her life when she was struck by a hit-and-run motorcyclist while attempting to cross Fremont Avenue and Lindberg Street. The driver of the bike fled from the scene before police arrived. Ms. Brown succumbed to injuries from the crash. Police later located and arrested the suspect, a 56-year-old Springfield man. He was booked into the Greene County Jail awaiting charges. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
