Samantha Shepard Injured In East Bloomfield, NY Accident

Crash on State Route 5 and South Avenue

Tragic accident that occurred on June 26 in East Bloomfield, New York. Samantha O. Shepard was hospitalized with injuries in a two-vehicle collision at State Route 5 and South Avenue. Shepard was driving a Honda HRV westbound, when James A. Mitchell, stopped at the stop sign but failed to yield to Honda. The two vehicles then collided at the intersection. Shepard was transported to FF Thompson Hospital with a possible neck injury. Mitchell was issued a ticket for failing to yield the right of way. We send our thoughts and prayers to the victim.
