Ryan Bilby Killed In Baird, TX Accident

The crash remains under investigation

Tragic accident that occurred on May 5 in Baird, Texas. 16-year-old Ryan Bilby died in a two-vehicle crash at W. 3rd and Peyton streets when a 2008 Kia Spectra driver failed to yield the right-of-way to a Chevrolet and entered the intersection. As a result, the Chevrolet struck the Kia, ejecting three people from the Kia. DPS continues to investigate. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
