Tragic accident that occurred on January 12 in Richmond, California. Rosa Herrera died in a single-vehicle car wreck along Carlson Boulevard, when for reasons still under investigation, it slammed into a tree on the center median near Florida Avenue. 18-year-old Rosa Herrera died in the wreck. It was not immediately clear who was driving. Investigators said that speed appeared to be a factor in the crash. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
