Robin Setzer Critically Injured In Lincoln, OK Accident

Victims vehicle struck by a loose tire

Tragic accident that occurred on January 24 in Lincoln, Oklahoma. Robin Setzer was critically injured when her vehicle was struck by a loose tire that came loose from a maroon Ford-F-250 pickup truck, towing a bumper-pull car-hauler trailer. It struck the windshield and roof of a 2020 Ford Explorer at an estimated 100 mph, causing the roof to collapse on the driver's head. The driver of the Explorer, 59-year-old Robin Setzer, suffered critical injuries and was transported by EMS to St. John Medical Center. She suffered a traumatic brain injury along with multiple broken and crushed bones. OHP is seeking the driver of the pickup, who they say might be unaware of the crash.  We send our thoughts and prayers to the victim.
