Robert Young Killed In Douglas, GA Accident

The crash remains under investigation

Tragic accident that occurred on October 8 in Douglas, Georgia. Robert Young lost his life when a motorcycle crashed into his SUV at S. Burnt Hickory and Newman Ellis roads. A motorcycle driven by 22-year-old Daniel Cardenas was traveling south at a high rate of speed when he failed to stop for a stop sign and collided with an SUV. The driver of the GMC, 53-year-old Robert Young was pronounced dead at an area hospital. The accident remains under investigation by GSP. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
