Robert Leeper Killed In Selma, CA Accident

Tragic accident that occurred on September 20 in Selma, California. Robert Leeper was tragically struck and killed by an impaired driver who fled the scene at Floral Avenue and Wright Street. Roberto Ramos fled the scene but was later apprehended by the Selma Police Department. It was determined that Reyes was under the influence and he was arrested on charges of suspicion of gross vehicular manslaughter, hit-and-run resulting in death, and DUI.
