Tragic accident that occurred on March 9 in Federal Way, Washington. Richard Reigard was seriously hurt along Interstate 5 near 317th Street when a pickup struck him. Medics responded to the scene and transported Reigard to a local hospital for treatment. Authorities did not immediately provide further information about the crash. An investigation is underway.
