Rene Ross Killed In Hull, IA Accident

The crash remains under investigation

Tragic accident that occurred on April 27th in Hull, Iowa. Rene Ross lost her life when the van she was a passenger in was struck by a tractor-trailer at U.S. Highways 75 and 18. According to a report from the Iowa State Patrol, a 2017 Dodge Caravan, driven by 56-year-old Suzanne Barron was westbound and failed to obey a stop sign at the intersection. The van collided with a 2019 Freightliner tractor-trailer and overturned after striking two stop signs. Ross, who was a passenger in the van, sadly succumbed to injuries from the crash. The crash remains under investigation by ISP.  We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
