Quanda McGadney was struck and killed by a hit-and-run driver on westbound Interstate 80. The victim was struck by a Mazda 3 driven by 31-year-old Taje Jakkar Holliman who fled the scene but was later apprehended by authorities. Holliman has been charged with hit-and-run and vehicular manslaughter. McGadney is survived by her 9-year-old daughter, Nairobi, and her two sisters, Priscilla Stevenson and Candice McGadney.
