Phillip Gardner Killed In Houston, TX Accident

The crash remains under investigation

Tragic accident that occurred on February 14 in Houston, Texas. Phillip Gardner was tragically struck and killed by a vehicle while helping a stranded driver on the North Freeway. The victim was trying to help his stranded mother-in-law with her disabled vehicle and walked off the freeway to go to the gas station. While waiting for a tow, he was hit. Sadly, Gardner was pronounced dead at the scene. The crash remains under investigation. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
