Tragic accident that occurred on February 9 in Lubbock, Texas. Phillip Marcus Carter was  killed on Highway 84 when he was exiting his car after a crash and was hit by a passing vehicle. Carter’s vehicle had been involved in a crash with a Toyota Prius. The accident remains under investigation. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
