Philip McCartney Injured In Hubbard, OH Accident

The crash remains under investigation

Tragic accident that occurred on October 20 in Hubbard, Ohio. Philip McCartney was injured when the tractor-trailer he was driving was struck by a wrong-way motorist on Interstate 8. A driver was traveling westbound on the eastbound side of I-80 when it slammed head-on into an eastbound tractor-trailer. After impact, both vehicles careened into the median, and the tractor-trailer jackknifed. McCartney was injured in the wreck and taken to Mercy Hospital for treatment. An investigation into the incident is ongoing. We send our thoughts and prayers to the victim.
