Tragic accident that occurred on October 8 in Rancho Cordova, California. Owen Cruz has been charged in a crash which occurred at Douglas Boulevard and Borderlands Drive. Two adults and two children were in the other vehicle. One woman died and three others were taken to the hospital for treatment. Cruz is facing charges of driving under the influence causing injury or death and vehicular manslaughter involving alcohol/drugs. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
