Tragic accident that occurred on Wednesday, September 22 at around 5:20 AM in Harris, Texas. Oscar Ramos Junior was tragically killed after he was struck by a vehicle in the 8500 block of Garth Road. He was rushed to Memorial Hermann Hospital where he tragically later died. The crash remains under investigation and we send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
