Oscar Montoya Killed In San Pedro, CA Accident

Tragic accident that occurred on March 4 in San Pedro, California. Oscar Montoya lost his life when his bicycle was struck by a hit-and-run driver along Pacific Avenue. The vehicle, described as a light-colored car, fled the scene and did not stop to render aid. Montoya was pronounced dead at the scene by paramedics.
