Tragic accident that occurred on October 4 in Tobey Beach, New York. Nicholas Gutierrez Lopez was involved in an accident on Ocean Parkway when his Honda Civic  collided with a Toyota 4Runner. Two people in the Toyota and a passenger in the Honda were injured in the accident. Lopez faces charges of  DWI, reckless driving, reckless endangerment, and assault.  We send our thoughts and prayers to the victim.
