Nathan Tenneson sadly died when the vehicle that he was traveling in collided with a disabled tractor-trailer on Interstate 55. The semi-truck was traveling northbound when it crossed the median ditch and became disabled across all southbound lanes, causing the vehicles to become engulfed in flames.
