Miguel Soto Garcia Arrested in Monterey County, CA Accident

One killed, others injured in head-on crash

A tragic accident occurred on August 31 in Monterey County, California, when a 47-year-old Salinas man was killed in a head-on collision on Old Stage Road. The crash happened when a red pickup driven by 29-year-old Miguel Soto Garcia of Watsonville collided with a silver Nissan SUV. Four passengers were hospitalized with injuries. Garcia was arrested on charges of DUI causing injury. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
