Pedestrian struck by silver Toyota RAV4 on Jones Road

A tragic accident occurred on February 8 in Houston, Texas, when Michael Shannon was killed after being struck by a silver Toyota RAV4 on the 13000 block of Jones Road near Mills Road around 8:30 p.m. A second pedestrian was also hit and hospitalized in stable condition. The driver fled the scene. Authorities continue to investigate and urge anyone with information to contact the Harris County Sheriff’s Office Vehicular Crimes Division at 713-221-6000.
