Llonis Arevalo Arrested in Grand Prairie, TX Accident

Collision on Interstate 30 Near Hampton Road South

A tragic accident occurred on May 17 in Grand Prairie, Texas, when 26-year-old Llonis Arevalo was arrested after a deadly police chase crash. Officers attempted to stop a Chevrolet Camaro on East Main Street, which Arevalo briefly stopped before fleeing around 1:30 a.m. The chase ended when the Camaro crashed into the back of a disabled vehicle on Interstate 30 near Hampton Road South. The disabled vehicle’s driver was rushed to the hospital and died. Arevalo, out on bail on multiple felony charges, was caught on foot. He admitted to fentanyl use and faces several charges, including murder. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
