Laura Baker Injured In Adair, IA Accident

Two vehicle wreck at Henry Wallace Rd and 300th St

Tragic accident that occurred on April 9 in Adair, Iowa. Laura Baker was hospitalized after a two-vehicle accident at the intersection of Henry A. Wallace Road and 300th Street. Laura Baker was operating a Ram northbound when a Honda Odyssey minivan entered the intersection from a stop sign and collided with the Ram. After impact, the Ram careened off the roadway and into a ditch. Baker was taken to Greater Regional Health for treatment of injuries to her head, neck, and abdomen. The 70-year-old woman driving the Honda was cited for failure to yield upon entering a highway. We send our thoughts and prayers to the victim.
