Kenneth Simon Killed In Baldwin, AL Accident

The crash remains under investigation

Tragic accident that occurred on January 1 in Baldwin, Alabama. Kenneth Sirmon died in a head-on accident with a pickup truck along Baldwin County Road 54. The victim was operating a 2008 BMW 528i when he collided head-on with a 2008 Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck. Sirmon was rushed to an area hospital where he sadly succumbed to injuries sustained in the wreck. Additional details on what caused the fatal crash were not immediately known. The ALEA continues to investigate.  We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
