Kelsey Adams Injured In Leesburg, GA Accident

Multi-Vehicle crash occurred on Georgia State Route 3/U.S. 19

Tragic accident that occurred on Wednesday December 6th at around 6:30 PM in Leesburg, Georgia. Kelsey Adams was injured in a multi vehicle accident on Georgia State Route 3/US 19. The accident occurred when a 2003 Chevrolet Tahoe driven by 41-year-old Kenneth Williams, attempted to pass a vehicle traveling north in the center turn lane. He lost control of the SUV and began to rotate counterclockwise, traveling into the southbound lane of SR-3.
The rear of the Tahoe struck the front of a Toyota Tacoma driven by 53-year-old Kevin G. Owens. The force of the collision sent the Tacoma into the left side of a Nissan Sentra driven by 48-year-old Angela Young. The right side of the Tacoma then struck the left rear of Adams’ Toyota Corolla. Owens was killed in the wreck. Adams was taken to a local hospital for treatment of her injuries. The Georgia state patrol is investigating the crash. We send our thoughts and prayers to the victim.
