Kathy Groshans was killed when a silver pickup truck failed to pull over for a traffic stop at interstate 87 near exits 32 and 33. The truck traveled the wrong way and crashed head-on with a Black Dodge Ram Groshans, was a passenger in. Two young boys, aged 4 and 7, seated in the back of the pickup, suffered internal injuries and were immediately airlifted to the UVM Medical Center for treatment. All three survivors are reported to be in stable condition.
