Katelyn Redmond was seriously hurt following a two-vehicle crash along Interstate 35. A Buick Encore was traveling on the interstate when it collided with a deer. As a result, the driver of the Buick pulled over in the left lane, and that is when he was rear-ended by a Kia Rio, forcing the Encore into the median and the Rio into the right lane.
