Kasey Patrick Killed In Alta Sierra, CA Accident

The crash remains under investigation

Tragic accident that occurred on April 21 in Alta Sierra, California. 23-year-old Kasey Patrick was killed after the vehicle in which she was a passenger crashed along State Route 49. A 2016 Volkswagen Passat was traveling north when the driver ran off the right side of the highway, crashed into several oak trees, and continued down a steep embankment. A passenger in the Passat, Kasey Patrick, died at the scene. The Passat driver was arrested for drunk driving, the CHP said in a report. Authorities continue to investigate the accident.
