Tragic accident that occurred on April 7 in Woodland Hills, California. Julie Welchance was reportedly hit and killed by a vehicle on the (101) Freeway at Mulholland Drive. There was no word on the vehicle or the driver involved in the tragic incident. Officers with the California Highway Patrol (CHP) found the woman's body in a middle lane. No other details have been released as the investigation is still in its primary stages. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
