Juan Villalobos Killed In Harris, TX Accident

Tragic accident that occurred on Saturday December 11th at around 3:15 AM in Harris, Texas. Juan Villalobos was tragically killed in a double hit and run crash in the 8800 block of Ella Boulevard. The victim was riding his bicycle when he was struck by a motorist that fled the scene. After the first driver, another driver hit the victim and fled. He was tragically pronounced dead at the scene. The crash remains under investigation and we send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
