Tragic accident that occurred on March 1 in Everett, Washington. Joshua Kollman lost his life when he was struck by a hit-and-run driver in the 4900 block of Evergreen Way. Witnesses reported seeing a Ford Mustang striking a pedestrian. Police later caught up with a suspect who was arrested and booked into Snohomish County Jail. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
