Tragic accident that occurred on August 21st in Muscatine, Iowa. Josh Carpenter lost his life when he was struck by a train near Sampson Street and Grandview Avenue. Carpenter sadly died from injuries. The exact circumstances behind the accident are under investigation by police. Witnesses of the incident are requested to call 563-263-9922.
