Jorge Martinez Injured In Grant, WA Accident

Tragic accident that occurred on May 13 in Grant, Washington. Jorge Martinez was seriously injured when the pickup truck that he was a passenger in was struck by a school bus on Adams Road that attempted to turn west onto South Frontage Road. The force of the collision caused the pickup to collide with an Acura MDX driven by 36-year-old Christopher Wagner. The Sheriff’s Office report stated that the bus was a retired yellow school that was carrying farmworkers.  Martinez was transported to Quincy Valley Medical Center initially and later transferred to Central Washington Hospital. The driver of the pickup sadly died in the collision and several of the passengers on the bus were injured. The crash remains under investigation.  We send our thoughts and prayers to the victim.
