Jonathan Vargas Arrested In Denton, TX Accident

Crash on Interstate 35

Tragic accident that occurred on February 17 in Denton, Texas. Jonathan Vargas was arrested on multiple charges after a collision that claimed the life of a person on Interstate 35. Jonathan's vehicle had no headlights activated and was swerving across multiple lanes when he took off at speeds in excess of 100 mph.?? The car crashed into an eastbound sedan, overturned, and sent the sedan off of the roadway and onto a service road near Wind River Lane. A rear-seat passenger in the sedan was killed in the crash.  Jonathan was later arrested on suspicion of intoxication manslaughter and evading arrest/detention with a vehicle causing serious bodily injury or death.
