Jonathan McGinty Injured In Lufkin, TX Accident

The crash remains under investigation

Tragic accident that occurred on Thursday, December 23rd at around 1:20 AM in Lufkin, Texas. Jonathan McGinty was seriously injured, including a shattered hip and fractured pelvis, when his SUV was struck by an ambulance on Highway 69. According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, an ambulance driven by  30-year-old Joshua Zaborowski, was traveling north when he traveled into the southbound lane and struck McGinty’s Chevrolet SUV. As a result of the collision, the ambulance went off the road and overturned. McGinty was flown to a Houston hospital for treatment of his injuries. The crash remains under investigation.
