Jonathan Joseph was sadly killed by a hit-and-run driver at 700 Fidelity Street. Mr. Joseph had just turned north onto Fidelity when 19-Year-Old Herbert Talley, driving at a high rate of speed, struck his vehicle. Joseph’s vehicle overturned and struck a house in the 600 block of Fidelity Street. Talley was located nearby after leaving the scene on foot. Mr. Joseph was sadly pronounced dead at the scene.
