Tragic accident that occurred on January 11 in Cincinnati, Ohio. Joanne Kinney sadly lost her life when she was struck by a Metro bus on Dana Avenue and Duck Creek Road. The driver of the bus failed to yield and struck the pedestrian in a marked crosswalk. Joanne Kinney was pronounced dead at the scene. Officers stated that neither excessive speed nor impairment played a role in the crash. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
