Tragic accident that occurred on March 10 in Scott, Iowa. Jessica Carr died in a head-on collision along Interstate 80 when two four-door vehicles collided head-on along Interstate 80. Carr died in the collision which remains under investigation. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
