Jaylin Todd Killed In Kansas City, MO Accident

Hit and run at 23rd Street and Chelsea Ave

Tragic accident that occurred on February 24 in Kansas City, Missouri. 16-year-old Jaylin Todd died in a hit-and-run collision at 23rd Street and Chelsea Avenue just blocks away from Ashland Square Park when a white van struck Jaylin. Todd was riding a red minibike and died from injuries sustained in the crash. Anyone with information about the case is urged to contact the Crime Stoppers Hotline at 816-474-8477. An investigation into the accident remains underway.  We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
