Janet Carter Killed In Powderly, TX Accident

Tragic accident that occurred on July 21 in Powderly, Texas. Janet K Carter was one of four people who lost their lives in a collision with a tractor-trailer along U.S. Highway 271. A peterbilt driver failed to yield the right-of-way to a southbound 2013 Toyota Highlander. The Toyota ended up underneath the tractor-trailer, killing its four occupants. One of the fatally injured victims in the crash was identified as Janet Carter.  We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
